    1. Job description
    • Receive customer documents, prepare import and export documents for customs declaration...
    • Procedures for declaration and customs clearance…
    • Prepare documents Apply for C / O, quarantine, sub-licenses, quality control... for customs declaration
    • Support sales staff, exploitation ... to keep up the delivery schedule.
    • Contact shipping lines, partners and foreign offices to deal with when necessary.
    • Details of the work will be discussed in detail in the interview
    1. Requirements for candidates
    • Education: graduating College or above majors related to customs clearance, import and export
    • Experience:  at least 01 year of experience in import and export customs declaration.
    • Foreign language: English - good communication, reading, speaking and writing.
    • Informatics office: proficient in excel, words and use related softwares
    • Fast, working, temperate, diligent, hard-working, not afraid of difficulty, eager to learn, self-conscious, careful and tidy.
    • professional requirements:

    + Understand international trade and logistics, understand the types of declarations and Customs laws.

    +  Experience in liquidity

    + Be knowledgeable and know how to apply HS / CODE codes suitable for each item.

    + Know how to read the appropriate declaration form and tax incentives.

    + Read all of the documents and procedures before customs clearance.

    + Declare / transmit declarations and use ECUS5 Customs Clearance software ...

    + Know how to do basic operations on the national one-stop system for other services along with Customs procedures (C / O, FHS, quarantine, quality, regulation conformity announcement and sectoral permits. )

    +Keep records and vouchers carefully
